Easy Homemade Mac n Cheese

Well, here ya go. The long awaited recipe. I finally got around to making my homemade mac n cheese. I also have a baked version, but this one is my easy peasy simple 4 ingredient version. I'm slowly trying to make better choices for my family and a part of that means no more boxed food. It was hard to give up Kraft Mac n Cheese. Tears on my part. But you know what? This homemade mac n cheese is 1o times better at least according to my kids. And I think it's pretty yummy too.

4 ingredients:
8 oz Sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup half and half
3/4 stick butter
1 bag macaroni pasta

Directions:
Cook pasta to directions on the bag. Drain water. Add shredded cheese, half and half, and butter. Mix until nice and creamy. Use salt and pepper to taste.

The half and half is just so much creamy yumminess. Much better than just regular milk. And I just happened upon this by accident. Who knew? I sure didn't. Spread the word. People deserve to know!

Yes, it's a Santa plate. I actually ran out of my normal dishes. Laugh it up! It's okay. I know you probably do it too.

Enjoy!

Howdy just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The words in your article seem to be running off the screen in Ie. I'm not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to do with web browser compatibility but I thought I'd post to let you know. The design and style look great though! Hope you get the issue solved soon. Cheers gmail login email
