2 Ingrediant Face Scrub
This is my favorite "go to" scrub when I have a couple extra minutes. I normally keep baking soda and coconut oil in my bathroom. Even if you don't, I bet you can find them in your kitchen. If you can't? Why do you not have these items? Coconut oil is awesome. It's so great for your hair, nails, skin. It's antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal. try it out!
To make this scrub you need just a small bit of coconut oil and baking soda. Use equal parts, about teaspoon each. Mix well. I like to use the palm of my hand. It's going to get messy anyway. I recommend doing your scrub on clean dry skin, like first thing in the morning before you wash your face. If you scrub at night, that's fine too. Just make sure to remove your makeup first or otherwise you're just scrubbing the gunk into your pores. Yuck!
Anyway, I digress, Scrub your face for just a minute. Then take a warm wet cloth and rinse off. Follow with your normal skin care routine. You'll have a beautiful glow the rest of the day.

The baking soda is the grit needed for the scrub. It's not too abrasive and not too gentle. It's just right and the coconut oil is the perfect medium for your face scrub.
Oh, and FYI.... I have tried the turmeric and coconut oil face scrubs. Unless you want stained wash clothes and sink basins, don't attempt!
